Because our products are made-to-order through trusted print-on-demand fulfillment partners, each item is custom produced after an order is placed. This allows us to offer unique designs while maintaining product quality and reducing unnecessary waste.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for production within 1–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Processing times may vary during peak shopping seasons, holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume.

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, selected shipping method, and order details.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website when applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.

The Knik-Knak Shack is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered to an incorrect address due to inaccurate information submitted by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, The Knik-Knak Shack cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. Customers may need to contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.

International Orders & Customs

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.

These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of the recipient.
