Refund policy

At The Knik-Knak Shack, every product is made specifically for you through our print-on-demand fulfillment process. Because items are custom-made after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or product variant
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Accidental orders placed by the customer

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, personalization details (if applicable), and shipping information before completing their purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the problem
  • Clear photos showing the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging when applicable

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:

  • A replacement item at no additional cost
  • A full refund to the original payment method
  • A partial refund when appropriate

Requests submitted without supporting photos may delay or prevent claim approval.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and determine an appropriate resolution.

Please note that delivery delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days after processing for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders are processed shortly after they are placed, cancellation or modification requests cannot be guaranteed. If you need to make changes to an order, please contact us immediately after purchase, and we will do our best to assist.
